First Factor Reports Changes to Board

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - Dec. 11, 2006) - First Factor Developments Inc. (NEX BOARD:FFD.H) reports that Dean Swanberg has resigned as a director. The company thanks Mr. Swanberg for his contributions and wishes him success in his other business interests.

The vacancy on the board of directors will be filled by Scott Harkness. Mr. Harkness has been an analyst at Cavendish Investing Ltd. since May 2001, where he manages a private equity fund. He is a director of Royal Roads Corporation and is the president and a director of Durham Capital Corporation. Mr Harkness holds an MBA from the University of Calgary and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
