First Factor Reports Effective Date of New Name & Trading Symbol

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - Aug. 13, 2007) - First Factor Developments Inc. (TSX VENTURE:FFD) reports that the name of the company will change to MILLROCK RESOURCES INC. effective Tuesday August 14, 2007 and, at the open of trading on the same date, the company's trading symbol will change to MRO.
